Holding the plus or minus button on Horizontal padding freezes whole Gnome session

Hi, on Fedora 42 Gnome 48 (and yes I know otherwise the notifications are not working as well), when I hold the plus or minus icon next to the Horizontal padding input field, it scrolls through a few numbers and then completely freezes the whole Gnome desktop to the point where I have to hard reboot my PC using the case reset button. Not sure if all inputs with plus/minus buttons do that, tested just with the Horizontal padding.
