Discord notification spam when Plex hangs

**Configuration** Aura version v0.9.77 unRaid **Description** Plex crashed and stayed in an hanging state for a whole night and of course, i have added a lot of show in the download queue. The notifcations in Discord worked great (maybe too great) so i have been flooded by thousands of them for few hours.
