Admin account credentials; SMTP doesnt work

Hello, I am trying to deploy Zulip, I changed `docker compose` a little and setup nginx proxy, generate new organization link and create a new one. When I am trying to get organization list or chec kforgot button action i.e. trying to use SMTP, I got an error <img width="530" height="350" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/2db4e300-b369-49cf-ba30-a7bc7cc7545d" /> I am e-mail server owner and admin, I have rechecked it's settings - all should works as expected. Can someone help to fix the problems? In org admin web ui there is no way to send test e-mail?
