QuickAccess icons now include input bindings (if present) in hover tooltip

This is replacement for https://github.com/RaidcoreGG/Nexus/pull/60 - branch feels more appropriate to house this change. Also - since (it seems to be at least) a WIP, I was unable to compile locally and verify binaries on my own...
