Program no longer compatible with Windows 7?

The procedure entry point GetDpiForWindow could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll. GetDpiForWindow was not present. I am not sure when this changed as I was using a much older version (dec 2024). When I tried to install an addon it said incompatible so I tried updating Nexus and this is what I got. There wasn't anything on Nexus previously that required GetDpiForWindow before, so not sure why it's present now. If anyone knows the last version before GetDpiForWindow was introduced let me know. I'm guessing the Apr 24, 2025 release was the last one before DPI Scaling was introduced. Just wish there was an option for an updated version that didn't use it since not all addons require it.
