[Error] distrobox-host-exec does not seem to work

**Describe the bug**
Using `distrobox-host-exec` from inside a container does not seem to work.
**To Reproduce**
* Create new distrobox container (`distrobox create --name test --image archlinux --home ~/testhome`)
* Enter and try to run a host command via `distrobox-host-exec`
**Expected behavior**
Runs the host command and displays output.

**Additional context**
* Found #1198 and checked the thread throughly
* Flatpak is installed
* Flatpak helper service and `flatpak-spawn` works fine
* No problems with D-Bus
* I have two laptops, say Device 1 and Device 2 with identical setups (arch + niri + zsh).
Device 1 has Distrobox Version 1.8.2.2 installed while Device 2 (which is a fresh arch machine) has the latest Distrobox Version 1.8.2.3
Noticed that `distrobox-host-exec` worked on Device 1 but not Device 2. Upgraded Device 1 from 1.8.2.2 to 1.8.2.3. `distrobox-host-exec` stopped working on Device 1 (even on already existing containers).
* I tried reinstalling podman and distrobox a couple times and got `distrobox-host-exec` to work once and only once. Could not reproduce.
