Update Vis

The plugin https://github.com/felixhayashi/TW5-Vis.js/ is currently available in the list of plugins, but it didn't receive any updates for several years. Recently that plugin has been developed at https://github.com/flibbles/tw5-vis-network. The new plugin is also mentioned in the [TiddlyMap installation instructions](https://github.com/felixhayashi/TW5-TiddlyMap?tab=readme-ov-file#installation). Please add the new repository https://github.com/flibbles/tw5-vis-network to the list of available plugins.
