Fix capitalisation of README.md

# Description: Fix the capitalisation of README.md for the link to the quick-start guide. When viewing the page on Github the link is broken as it is case sensitive. I have only fixed this in the one page I was reading so it is possible that the fix needs to be made elsewhere to.
