Action proposal: Image Merge

### Description It would be great to have a way to blend images using different blend modes (multiply, colour dodge, colour burn, etc.) + an opacity/effect percentage. I also just wanted to say thank you for this app and thank you for implementing my prior action requests— awesome stuff, and it lets people do some awesome stuff.
