Clair3 aarch64 build missing

Based on the [recent recipe update](https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/63457) all the builds passed for aarch64 but it hasn't appeared [on the channel yet](https://anaconda.org/channels/bioconda/packages/clair3/files). Is there any sort of manual step which has been missed to deploy the aarch64 version? This is the only missing dependency for the artic pipeline on aarch64 so I'm quite keen to get this sorted if possible!
