Better handling of primitive arrays

- Rename the `N` flag to `arrays` - Fix the code so that we actually return the array as-is when the flag is on, not turning it into a seq/vector - Add tests documenting its effect - Extend array support to cover all the types we currently support, i.e. not only REAL = double but also integers
