Adoption

So i just read through the chrome and firefox issues. A problem seems to be that FLIF is not well-adopted, but for web-adoption it would be critical to be supported by web-browsers. i think a way around that would be to create packages for some popular frontend and backend frameworks, which automatically translate images to FLIF on the backend and on the frontend use all those sweet partial loading and responsiveness features. that way gradual adoption is possible. (also please finish the spec)
