总是提示"找不到adb"
但是能在服务列表里面列举出来连接的设备。
如果kill-server就又能工作
虽然有概率cannot connect to daemon at tcp:5037: cannot connect to 127.0.0.1:5037: 由于目标计算机积极拒绝，无法连接。 (10061)
### Steps to reproduce the bug
关闭"退出安装程序时终止adb"
打开任意apk
关闭窗口
再次打开apk

仍然正常提示确认安装
