Package ladybird

I'm planning on packaging https://github.com/LadybirdBrowser/ladybird, and would happily have co-contributors; for reference, we have https://github.com/conda-forge/firefox-feedstock already. If someone has no idea what this is about, it's one of the perhaps most {impressive, inspiring, important} projects in open source, here's a good [intro](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YM7pDMLvr4). I imagine `pixi global install ladybird` on any platform to get a working, unencumbered browser; this would be a pretty amazing FOSS success story.
