Show Panel Configuration crashes DE/GPU (7900XT)

Title. While this shouldn't impact live ISO usability for installation, I stumbled into this by chance when trying to test other things before installing and am concerned if this is indicative of issues I would face after installing. Reproduction steps: * Boot live ISO (I used 250828 and 251205, both exhibited this problem * Wait for KDE to come up * Right click the task manager bar and select Show Panel Configuration * Screen freezes, but mouse is moveable * Turn monitor off * GPU turns off (obvious on my XFX 7900XT as the lights on it go dark) * Turn monitor back on * GPU remains off, only recovery is hard poweroff This happens with both LTS and stable kernels on 251205. Hardware: Mobo: Gigabyte Aorus Elite B650M CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D GPU: Radeon RX 7900XT RAM: 32GB
