[FEATURE REQUEST] add option to also show the time in Beats (internet time)

Nostalgia and fun. Also because T-clock had that option, but T-clock doesn't really work under Win11, so... ### Describe how this new feature could help users this feature may elicit fond memories or amusement for users of a certain age.
