IPC YAML Responses: Add Matched NAME_DESC Info

Following elements use fuzzy matching: * ORDER * VRR_OFF * DISABLED * MODE * SCALE * TRANSFORM Add info to the yaml IPC responses to indicate the fuzzy pattern that they would match for each of the above elements in the active configuration. Options: 1. new top level element such as MATCHES 2. add to STATE Extension: add these to the human output. Primary use case: gui update, set and delete based on the matches, rather than new elements.
