Command line + conditional DISABLED.IF

is there a way to control the display disabled state through cli/ipc when the conditionals https://github.com/alex-courtis/way-displays/issues/196 are used? for example, the problem i'm trying to solve is that now i'm plugging in and out HDMI cable from my laptop whenever i join a meeting so it looks more natural with a camera closer to my gaze, but it would be more convenient to have a quick oneliner to toggle the "DISABLED" rule on/off.. was this added already and just not documented at https://github.com/alex-courtis/way-displays/wiki/Configuration#disable-a-display? it seems like it's not working as it used without conditional rules..
