Documentation: frontpage still says to use Charmed Bayron's vcpckg build

The readme seems outdated, specifically the parts about using this library via vcpckg. Links still point to the [Color-Glass builds](https://gitlab.com/colorglass/vcpkg-colorglass), which haven't been updated in 2 years. Would a PR on this be helpful? I can draft something and submit it, using the process I took from the [PrismaUI template](https://github.com/PrismaUI-SKSE/example-skse-plugin). Also, mentioning `xmake` and pointing to that template for others to draft from (which I found surprisingly straight forward).
