Update Morocco GeoJSON boundaries in Country Map

The Morocco GeoJSON used by the legacy Country Map chart appears to use an older administrative boundary/subdivision structure. This issue proposes updating: * superset-frontend/plugins/legacy-plugin-chart-country-map/src/countries/morocco.geojson * to use an updated Morocco GeoJSON with the current 12-region administrative structure. The change would not introduce a new country option and would not modify chart logic. It would only update the existing Morocco country-map GeoJSON data.
