[BUG]: Window still being moved
bug
### Summary
1. I previously configured `monitors.workspaces.X.initial_workspace_rules` to move my chat windows to a certain desktop.
2. I have since removed this configuration, yet my chat windows continue to be moved to that certain desktop
3. Seems komorebi is unable to let go and forget
