Timeout issue behind cloudflare proxy

Hello there! I have a private instance that is behind the free Cloudflare proxy. And CF crashes after 100sec (by default) and responds with error 524 because there is no response when uploading files... I don't know how to fix this. Maybe something needs to be changed on the server to send “keep alive”-like things? 😄
