Netbird Incorrectly Reporting Rosenpass/Quantum Peer State

Other clients seem to show it accurately. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Go to VPN > Netbird > Settings 2. Check "Enable Rosenpass" but leave "Rosenpass Permissive Mode" unchecked 3. Click Apply 4. Go to VPN > Netbird > Status 5. See peers say "Quantum resistance: false." 6. On another peer with Rosenpass enabled, run `netbird status --detail`.
