added docker-compose support

Added support for `docker-compose.yml` for easy startup. No need to create cron-tasks as the container will restart on its own Inspiration for the Dockerfile came from [this PR](https://github.com/hitrov/oci-arm-host-capacity/pull/30) (thanks to @arsenyinfo) Updated `README.md` with commands to run this version, but feel free to modify it.
