### Changes - Update python-alpine image version to 3.17 - Add tzdata package to fix incorrect timestamps in docker logs due to unknown timezones - Change Dockerfile to multi-stage build to reduce image size - Copy/install only necessary files to reduce image size - Run image with non-root user
