Regression: missing option to lock a specific integer scale factor in full screen mode

In version 146, the "Scale (Fixed)" output option was removed. So now when, for example, I set GBA to 4x, then I make it full screen, it stretches it to 6x (I have a 1080p screen). Ares v145 is seemingly the last version where the chosen scale is respected in full screen. Would it be possible to bring this feature back? Thanks.
