**Describe the bug** "pause emulation when focus is lost" does not happen until settings has been opened **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Open Ares 2. Load a Mega Drive ROM 3. Get some animation on screen 4. Change focus to another app (emulation continues) 5. Switch back to Ares 6. Open Settings… 7. Change focus to another app (emulation is paused) **Expected behavior** - emulated game should pause when window loses focus regardless of Ares settings window
