Regression: Zen2 "0 degrees on half the cores" bug might be re-occuring on CoreFreq v2.0.9

Bug #219 seems to be happening again on CoreFreq 2.0.9. I think the left bitshift to 1 was mistakenly changed back to 2: https://github.com/cyring/CoreFreq/blob/3d0c41fb10b9b1259ba78c4b6dfa0c9a40f6e735/x86_64/corefreqk.c#L16550-L16553 I'll try the fix out again.
