FFmpeg trying to run whenever I went into the Installation directory.

I installed yt-dlp & FFmpeg yesterday and used these to download a playlist. When trying to run these, ASR blocked them likely due to being unsigned. That's not the problem. The problem is, today when i booted my PC, I got these messages that FFmpeg is blocked from launching. Why is FFmpeg trying to launch whenever I go into the installation folder? I didn't even run yt-dlp yet and still FFmpeg tries to run.
