Prepare next release

I've been away from the details of flask admin for a little while and lost track of everything that's been merged, with respect to breaking changes or not. Start by reviewing the changesets since V2 and work out if the next release is 2.1 or 3. Then line up a clear changelog for what's already gone in, and confirm any features we might still want for the next release.
