* Implement `description` and `visible` labels/annotations * Find app by `name` or `url` instead of just `name` for update For `Docker`, labels are `flame.description` and `flame.visible`. For `Kubernetes`, annotations are `flame.pawelmalak/description` and `flame.pawelmalak/visible`
