Enable GitHub immutable releases

Hello 👋 Have you considered enabling [GitHub immutable releases](https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/how-tos/secure-your-supply-chain/establish-provenance-and-integrity/preventing-changes-to-your-releases)? This would guarantee that a given release can never be changed in the future, even in case that for example the GitHub account gets compromised.
