Update LinearSolve.jl to v3

LinearSolve.jl being restricted to v2 is starting to hold back a lot of other packages. I'd like to upgrade Thunderbolt.jl to use the newest LinearSolve.jl - anything in particular I need to be aware of before embarking on this journey?
