feat(api): Add KIP to FSK API Bus mechanism

KIP has a mode where Freeboard is embedding using an iFrame (that is, KIP is the **host** of FSK, not the other way around). There is currently a bespoke integration between KIP and FSK. Research (and add if necessary) a mechanism that allows KIP to negotiate integration with the FSK extension API in a similar same way that FSK and a panel extension does.
