Request for "Chart properties" always times out

When I click here: <img width="451" height="229" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/8b9a7873-e2a3-4466-8601-e7fe106f8d2d" /> I get this message (always timeout): <img width="649" height="429" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/ce5206f5-c968-4ce1-9277-0804c4f8c509" /> I think the title shouldnt be "0". But I wonder where to look for that problem. Can you guide me to the right repo/case? What should be returned and what would be displayed?
