[CD] Torch xpu nightly wheel dependency tcmlib version update has been auto removed

But after several hours, the latest version tcmlib==1.5.0 gone again. Could you please help to check what happened? Thanks As a temporary workaround, I will retrigger the torch-xpu dependency update workflow again.
