CVE-2025-7783 in axios->form-data

### Describe the bug `axios` has a dependency on `form-data` which is responsible for [CVE-2025-7783](https://security.snyk.io/vuln/SNYK-JS-FORMDATA-10841150). This is fixed in [axios@1.11.0](https://github.com/axios/axios/pull/6970). Hopefully it's easy enough to just to bump axios from `1.8.3` to `1.11.0`. ### Reproduction `yarn why form-data` ---
