"Nvidia driver is currently installing" error

I get this error trying to run anything within conty despite having proper nvidia drivers running on the system itself (artix, hyprland). Conty isn't actually installing anything as well. How do I resolve this issue? The nvidia handler variable doesn't seem to work in the following commands either. NVIDIA_HANDLER=1 ./conty.sh wine NVIDIA_HANDLER=2 ./conty.sh wine The full error is ./conty.sh wine Running Conty Nvidia driver is currently installing Please wait a moment and run Conty again I don't know how to further log anything, but I'm happy to run anything that might be of help.
