Windows Setting "Window docking" gets disabled
featurestale
**Describe the bug**
The setting "Window Docking" (or similar, in german it is "Fenster andocken") gets disabled every time FancyWM starts.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Stop FancyWM
2. Press Win+R and execute "ms-settings:multitasking"
3. Enable the toggle for "Window Docking"
4. Close Settings (or navigate to a different Settings Page)
5. Start FancyWM
6. Re-Open the multitasking setting page
7. Observe that the toggle is now disabled.
**Expected behavior**
This toggle should not change.
**Screenshots**
The toggle affected and where to find it:

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Windows 11 Home
- OS Build: 25H2 26200.8037
- FancyWM Version: 2.18.5.0
**Additional context**
This Issue is relevant because although FancyWM manages windows, it does not manage _maximized_ windows. This is incredibly useful and should stay this way (I often have a "2 layer" setup, one layer with a lot of Programs managed by FancyWM and I maximize the one I need the most If I don't need other programs, think of an IDE maximized and terminals and a file explorer on the FancyWM managed layer.), but it's not possible to move maximized windows without windowing them first if this toggle is not enabled.
This is the log if it helps (I couldn't find any line that might indicate any windows setting changes):

Thanks a lot for any advice / fix!
