Add custom splits to profiles

Recently I have been doing a lot of research on splits across keys and boss. This data I would love to represent in-game by setting custom split times instead of going off of previous best. For those progressing high key levels, it's easier to know when to call the key when we can see how far off we are from our estimated target. Players could choose an option to set custom times or use personal best records.
