[TARFS] Step 1: the tar fs should be loaded as grub module

* Add makefile goal * create the tar file * Add support for multiple grub modules. * Add function to validate the magic number of an elf file (since for now it is loaded as grub module too) * Add function to convert fields from ascii octal to int * Update grub config file and add the tar file as a second module
