Amazon HA bridge setting for working with OpenHAB and Philips Hue

So in the following photo I am unsure what should be the IP in front of On/Off URL, should it be the Hue hub IP? I am running OpenHAB on port 8082 and Amazon HA Bridge on port 8080 simultaneously and when I browse to localhost:8080/configurator.html I am not sure how to set the setting so that it would work for Philips Hue Color light bulbs. As I said I am using Philips Hue hub.
