Regression in 3.5.373: Outlook for Windows does not update inbox unless restarted

**Summary** After updating to gromox 3.5.373.md9f0398-lp156.24.1 mapi-header-php 2.1.12.29371c9-lp156.4.1 Outlook for Windows no longer updates incoming mail. New messages only appear after restarting Outlook. Downgrading to 3.5.366 fixes the problem immediately. **What happens** No new mail is shown No toast notifications Folder count does not update Happens in both Cached Mode and Online Mode Web and ActiveSync (mobile) show new mail instantly Only Outlook desktop is broken **Environment** Windows Outlook (Microsoft® Outlook® 2021 MSO (Version 2603 Build 16.0.19822.20086) 64 Bit) Gromox 3.5.373 (broken) Gromox 3.5.366 (works) **Notes** Mac issue (231) still untested for this version.
