[suggestion/draft] Shell completions files

I think it would be nice to have shell tab-completion for at least bash and zsh. I might work on them in a few days, placing them in `dist/completions/{bash,zsh}`, unless you're opposed to the idea. I'm just opening an issue to track the PR before I start working on it :)
