macOS GHA runners take very long to pick the job up

The waiting times for macOS runners can be insanely long: <img width="1148" height="496" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/14152740-c25a-4b71-bc11-93f2709109aa" /> Is it feasible to keep using azure for macOS and keep GHA for the rest of the builds?
