### Description
I just did a fresh installation of windows 11 and after that I installed the newest version of AtlasOS.
Now I can't edit the Start Menu. It seems windows added and "all"-tab recently, which I can't remove. Before I could simply remove every pinned item in the start menu to clear everything but now there is this new tab which I cant remove.
When I right-click on it, it takes me to the windows settings for the start menu. There it says my settings are controlled by my organization. I also couldn't find a option to remove this via the Atlas Toolbox.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Freshly Install Windows 11
2. Install AtlasOS
### Expected behavior
I would like to have the option to remove said "all"-tab either through the windows settings or the toolbox.
### Actual behavior
This newly added "all"-tab can't be removed.
