[Feature] Provide French support in TR3

### What would you like to see? How comes French is still not supported in TR3 ? If that's a problem of staff I'm willing to help. At least for gameplay elements like level or item names. I'm not too sure about technical stuff for all the custom settings the engine provides. ### What problem would this solve? _No response_ ### Extra context _No response_
