[feature request] NJS and JD

Adding NJS and JD would be very important for making modern Expert and Expert+ maps readable. JD determines how far from the player's head in metres notes are allowed to spawn and NJS determines the velocity that notes will approach the player. The player should be allowed to override the JD of a map but not NJS.
