Question/Feature: Non VR-Version with moving controls (i.e. Joy Cons)

I just stumbled about OpenSaber/BeepSaber and read a bunch of comments about it. And I find [nickpg11](https://itch.io/profile/nickpg11)'s [question](https://itch.io/post/12430157) pretty interesting. I'm aware that it is right now meant to be played with a VR headset but would it be in theory possible to have a non-VR screen so that you just look at the front but still being able to play it with movement controls (i.e. the Joy Cons)? There's a different but kind of relatable playing concept with [Ring Fit Adventure](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skBNiJd61Qw). And maybe it would be nice to have OpenSaber running on a Switch as well. **PS:** I would've asked this on the GitHub discussions tab but it doesn't seem to be active in this repo
