Scoring issues

I've noticed some odd issues with scoring (I am running the apk on Quest 2); - cutting in the opposite direction to the markers on the blocks still gives points - I don't lose any points if I cut a bomb - I don't lose any points if the big red rectangle hits me (Am I missing some sort of an easy-mode setting that is on by default?)
